Goods broken, poor consultation with the service department. After 1 month I received a credit note for the broken goods. Return shipment of the complete delivery requested, but no communication. Any attempt to communicate by email is ignored.

Marble received in perfect condition, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Surprised, however, that the carrier gave the package to my neighbor and nephew, who didn't have time to check the order, which was marked fragile on the packaging... My husband wasn't far away though, the deliveryman could have called him.

Excellent site and products, but the carrier (GEODIS) is lousy because you have to go to pick up the parcel(s) from them. He waits until he has quantity to deliver and that's not normal.
