The product was delivered in a damaged cardboard packaging, one element (thermometer) had a broken glass, but I didn't notice it right away (and therefore, I didn't contact the after-sales service). Moreover, as the product was delivered disassembled, some parts were force-fitted together and it was quite difficult for me to disassemble them without scratching them (lacquered sheet metal elements from a Barbecook smoker"").

Yes, on the whole (except for one vertical firebox which warped when first used), I've come to an arrangement with customer service. Apparently, in view of the new catalog, no changes have been made: a pity, as the others will suffer the same deformations for lack of an expansion joint at the rear.

Very good for everything except the delivery of a cast iron item. It's a shame because it's almost the end of summer and I had bought it for these summer months. I know it's not your fault, but it's a shame for a 300 euro order (331 to be precise). As far as delivery is concerned, it's not great because I don't know if the deliveryman came the first time, and calling back, if need be, is a bit of a hassle.

I bought a tomato press with a finer grid for red fruits. 10kg of tomato sauce and 6kg of blackberries without any problem or effort. I must admit that I made a wooden wedge to raise the press so that I could slide in a bowl for the juice and another for the waste. Over-elevation of about ten cm. Very good product.
