I really regret this purchase, I tried it on plums and mirabelles: I almost never managed to remove the pit and the few times I did it was by crushing the fruit. So I ended up finishing everything with a knife. I am really disappointed because it's the first time I buy something from Tom Press that disappoints me.

Good product, difficulty with delivery due to the post

Hello, I bought a city gas stove for my 95-year-old mother who lives in Paris because there is a thermocouple on the purchased device that seems essential for obvious safety reasons. My mother's stove is very old and has no safety features. Upon unpacking the device, I discovered that there was a label indicating that the device was only usable outdoors. I wonder in which forest or meadow there is city gas. If I bought a city gas stove, it is indeed to use it in the city with natural gas. However, there was nothing written on the site! This is therefore a very serious information defect. Moreover, it has been a week since I sent a photo of the label affixed to the stove and I am still waiting for a response from Tompress!

Over two weeks I called twice to find out where my order was. I would have liked to be contacted to be informed that some items were out of stock and to be asked if the rest of the order was urgent, which it was. That said, I am satisfied with the items I received.

More than 10 days to ship my order, claiming it's a computer problem. Otherwise, the product is as described.

Product sent with delay then incomprehensible delivery from La Poste which means I couldn't retrieve the product before my departure on vacation and it will be too late afterwards.

I ordered vacuum machine seals. In one of the photos, there was a pouch with 2 seals. Since I was also ordering for a friend, I ordered 2 items... and I only received 2 seals. Called Tompress, response was sir, the photos are not contractual, please send us an email to report the possible confusion regarding the photos...... and while you're at it, don't you want me to do your job !!!!!

the parts received for a grinder do not fit together, the phone reception is deplorable asking to make videos in order to get feedback.

I received my torn package and it was the post office that repackaged it. I have a torn bag of flour that has spilled in the box.

I paid for an express delivery that was not respected

2 problems. The replacement part for a Reber grinder that I received does not fit in the grinder because it is too wide. A complaint was made to Tompress who has certainly forwarded it to the supplier (no news for a week, so I am not sure about anything). Secondly, my login to my account no longer works. I informed Tompress who gave me a temporary password which also does not work.

2 of the jars ordered arrived in pieces. I contacted customer service, sent them photos of the condition of these jars upon arrival of the package, and I still have not heard back. I am disappointed.

Almost everything went well, except for the package that arrived in a mediocre state, slightly opened, having damaged a delivery, but without consequence for reading.
