The carrier acknowledged a delay in the processing of delivery appointments. However, the parcel remained in their warehouse for a week. Once the appointment was made, delivery was made the next day. I haven't tried the corer yet. Very pleasant sales service.

I put 1 star for delivery because I had the option of collecting my parcel from the carrier (transco) where I waited 25 minutes on the quay for someone to deign to bring my parcel to me. Better to have it delivered. The only downside is that there are no instructions for use with my sterilizer (operation and basic advice). Very friendly customer service.

First disappointment with the availability of your merchandise: we received our order late, so missed using it while our garden was overflowing with vegetables... A shame.
