Very good for everything except the delivery of a cast iron item. It's a shame because it's almost the end of summer and I had bought it for these summer months. Géodis is really the worst delivery company I know. 8 days for delivery within 48 hours, it's hard to do worse. What's more, they blame their incompetence on Tom Press, who has nothing to do with it. Very disappointing. I will never recommend Géodis as a delivery company to any company.

It's an automatic procedure used by the bank, which doesn't want to keep payments for more than 2 months without validating them. We usually keep an eye on this, but it has escaped our vigilance. We are also in the process of making technical changes to improve this situation.

A little disappointed by the equipment. The smoker itself is not very practical to use: a swinging door would be better than a sliding door. The cold smoke unit should be fitted in the lower part. And the sawdust igniter should be replaceable without having to change the whole unit. It's hard to get the after-sales service to admit that this one isn't working.
