The big problem is that you take orders, but you don't take responsibility for them. Out of stock, not available. I never receive an order on time, or it's incomplete. The worst is your 2024/2025 catalog, which we may receive at the end of 2025. On those, you're still a good store with quite a lot of choice, at least when it's available. Clt Patrick

Back to the after-sales service, repair, and new reception of the repaired equipment on 25/02. It turns out to be a defect in the equipment, as a pin was missing from the rotor... No compensation for the inconvenience caused, nor any commercial offer proposed....plutôt déçu....
