The item is fully compliant and obviously of good quality, but there is a big problem with the packaging, which was not very tidy and so the item arrived with these bumps, which is a shame.

Carton arrived very damaged, 4 bottles broken and two packs of capsules missing (which I noticed afterwards). Packaging not very neat and bottles more fragile than 4 years ago ... Small hitch during delivery: Tompress doesn't give tracking details, except when I ask them. Then the deliveryman's bulletin gives me a delivery day, but nothing has been received.
