The electric nutcracker doesn't work. The instructions are written entirely in Spanish. The second person from the after-sales service who left me a message took me for a truffle. I contacted the after-sales service because I had tried everything with the two switches: I would have preferred a "call us back to see the problem live" rather than "you're not doing the right thing.

The refractory baking tray is really perfect for baking pizza and homemade bread. The peel is good, light and practical, but easily damaged. I tried to loosen a pizza dough that was a little too stuck to the peel, using a spatula. The peel crumbled where the spatula went through, small holes appeared and splinters formed on the surface.

I ordered two items, one of which was unavailable for four weeks. In order to obtain delivery of the first, I had to cancel the purchase of the second, and I received no information before asking why the delivery was delayed. What a shame. Other online retailers automatically split delivery if one of the items purchased is missing. Not Tom Press.
