I cancelled an order the day after I made it, they initially agreed however they still took money from my account and sent the order 6 days later then proceeded to tell me that I had ordered twice (I only had 1 confirmation email). They only admitted fault once I pointed that out. The pasta machine also isn't the same as what they are advertising online which they say they note online (they don't)

Nothing to say, except that the vinegar dispenser is leaking... the cork at the bottom is not watertight at all and so far I'm trying to inflate it again, but after two days it's still leaking.

Hello. I travelled 60 kms to pick up my parcel. The goods arrived with the deliveryman on Wednesday and they proposed a delivery on the following Tuesday because I live in a small village in the mountains. If the equipment is perfect and the quality of the customer service impeccable, I wouldn't say the same about the transport (GEODIS) which delivers equipment, which they didn't take care of despite the warnings on the crate, broken as far as this order is concerned. Customer service reacted immediately with professionalism and friendliness by sending back new equipment, which arrived in good condition.
