Very friendly customer service: due to a supply problem, understandable during the Covid, the product arrived a few months after the order on the site. Customer service waited until we were back from vacation to initiate delivery.
The product itself: I had to screw back the latch, which was badly positioned to close the door, and straighten one of the hinges.

When I ordered, the delivery time was about 10 days, but it took 3 weeks to ship. 2 screws were missing on delivery. They were sent to the billing address instead of the delivery address. A phone call to ask where to deliver them would have avoided this inconvenience as well as the extended restocking time. Otherwise, the smoker is as functional as ever.

The parcel was thrown over my hedge and landed in my garden. Fortunately, nothing broke in the shipment. I don't know whether it was the delivery man or a neighbor who received my order by mistake. The covid crisis had a nice ring to it. Were not able to honor an order placed on April 28, at the end of each month I was told it would arrive next month and when I was told end of September and by dint of impatience I switched my article for another. Very disappointed. As for customer service, I've never had the same contacts, so I've heard different things.

It took a few weeks for TomPress to get one part of my order (I assume COVID had disrupted supply chains). I made an online inquiry through their website as to the status of my order and was informed of the delay. As soon as they had the item, my order was despatched to me and delivered in its entirety. They appear to have an extensive product range of robust equipment.
