Very disappointed with the after-sales service: the product is out of stock, the restocking times have been delayed, okay, no worries, I'll wait... Products conform to my order. But for delivery, Chronopost, as usual, is pitiful. They show great ingenuity to make customers' lives miserable. In this case, no pick-up delivery. I went to pick it up in a remote area 20 kms from home. Waiting outside in a queue (virus obliges). Colissimo is less rotten, that's for sure.

i've placed several orders at the same time on different sites and, sorry, the post office really doesn't deliver. others have delivered within 48 hours, but for your delivery method that's far from being the case. what's more, the parcel tracking procedures are not respected. nothing between the drop-off at the post office and the arrival. too bad for the public service""

Order placed on 23/04/2020, received on 05/05/2020. Tompress deducted the invoice before delivery. The goods received were not those ordered (1l bottles instead of 0.5l). The packaging is not suitable for the product: 1 bottle broken (reported on delivery) and 6 bottles cracked. No complaint form in the parcel, customer service unreachable. Very disappointing.
