On my last order, there was an impact on the 46 mm basin, which wasn't great, and I was a little disappointed. 4 different orders, two damaged devices on two different orders, and one returned by Tompress (the thermometer). The material is not at fault because it's of good quality, but perhaps transport was poorly handled? or the packaging of the products needs strengthening?
