You are not responsible for the handling of the delivery, however I noticed (cf. my e-mail) that the product was not well protected. Almost 2 weeks for delivery Barrel damaged at the bung: wood embedded all around the orifice. Impossible to see on delivery unless you completely remove the protective layers of plastic film ... Not serious for use, but worth noting.

Good delivery except that the press was sticking out of the cardboard box at the 4 legs, not a problem but it could quickly damage a parcel. As for the press, it's a great product except for the jack, which for me is not at all the one that should go on this product, the piston stroke is ridiculous, not at all adapted to the size of the press, so I had to change it.

I already love the fireplace apple baker. Thank you for this wonderful product. The stackable drying rack I regret a little. I hadn't thought that the rack would be made of plastic. This earth has a real problem with all plastic and here it's not necessary. I thought it was metal.

the machine is very tight you can't adjust it, i bought it for my daughter for her fimo dough, she's very disappointed, i don't recommend it even for making noodles because you can't adjust the thickness and it shreds the dough. the mercato is really better, i've had it for years and it's used very often, it's better to get this one.
