Hello, The order could not be fully honored despite the fact that the site showed the promotional items in stock at the time of validation. I had in my order some non-stick triskell plates (plates that are effective but costly). They arrived in the box thrown in without any protection, bent and cracked, which makes them less effective. After contacting customer service, I was told that the return would be at my expense. I find this unacceptable since initially, it was you who damaged the product. A refund, even partial, would have been an honest and commercial gesture.
