I ordered a seal for a vacuum machine with a photo of a plastic bag containing 2 seals (1 for the fixed part and 1 for the movable part) and since my daughter has the same machine, I put 2 quantities in my cart. Upon receipt, I only received 2 seals, but I paid the price for 2 lots! So I called, and there I was told that the photo is not contractual!!! I was about to contact the DGCCRF. I do not recommend.

Delivery error on the merchandise. This can happen. Except that I reported the problem right away. I was told that a customer service ticket was opened and that I would be contacted within 72 hours max (?!). The deadline has long passed and no news. I have a hard time understanding why the error was not corrected immediately and the package resent.
