a processing delay of + 45 days which required a reminder from me to know where my order was, then a payment issue because due to the delay, my initial credit card being renewed which necessitated reinitiating a payment

For the first time in over 20 years, I am not happy with tom press: I received this order and within 5 minutes of opening the package I called to inform that an item was missing... 8 days later I have not received any news. Are we being taken for liars? Very unpleasant when we know that in less than 2 years I have ordered for over 2000 €.. the missing item costs 49.95 €.... I let you draw the conclusion and deduction...
