Never received the order and too long to get a refund

The article provides the main function which is to protect a parasol but does not match the representation on the site. The plastic is not transparent (my goal being to see the parasol under its protection) and there are no eyelets at the base to tighten.

Hello, I had to remove a hinge from two doors and reattach it correctly elsewhere. The hinge was not properly mounted, which meant it could not stay closed. It's a shame, as the price is not cheap. The packaging, however, was impeccable and the package arrived in good condition despite the carrier I know well and who does not take good care of the packages he has to transport. He only has one strap for the whole truck... that's not acceptable.

Hello, my pole arrived damaged, packaging not suitable. I had a lot of trouble contacting customer service (very many emails), which no longer responds. I requested a refund. This is what it is to want to make French companies work. Next time I will order from Amazon for a customer service worthy of the name.

I had in my order some non-stick triskell plates (plates that are effective but costly). They arrived in the box thrown in without any protection, bent and cracked, which makes them less effective. After contacting customer service, I was told that the return would be at my expense. I find this unacceptable since initially, it was you who damaged the product. A refund, even partial, would have been an honest and commercial gesture.
