The carrier didn't deliver: I called after 10 days to cancel the return of the parcel to the sender. I received a twisted parcel that was unusable. With the return costs, I'm going to pay more than for the goods. At least customer service received me well, but to receive a twisted parcel that's not very useful. Very disappointed.

Good morning, the order left on 19/12 since, as advised, not all the pans ordered were available. However, we apologize for the delivery beyond 4 working days due to the traffic of the Christmas season. The courier had passed on 27/12 and 30/12 but without finding anyone.
