Order not delivered. I placed an order on 13 12 2021 and it was not delivered. After 2 complaint emails and a telephone conversation I have been offered a refund. I hope this will be done as soon as possible. Your site is well done, too bad for a first order!

I recently placed an order and was having difficulty with the website attempting to pay via credit card.
