If the equipment is perfect and the quality of the customer service impeccable, I wouldn't say the same about the transport (GEODIS) which delivers equipment, which they didn't take care of despite the warnings on the crate, broken as far as this order is concerned. Customer service reacted immediately with professionalism and friendliness by sending back new equipment, which arrived in good condition.

Apart from the fact that the lid is green when it's yellow on the order form (I wanted a yellow one), so it's not clear what the object is, nothing to say, it's perfect, fast delivery and excellent for yellow bags.

Delivery took nearly 2 months After contacting customer service after a month they told me that the parcel would be sent the following week but it only left 1 month later I was told that my parcel was leaving and that I would receive a tracking link within 24 hours but I never received it.

nowhere was it specified (or specified very poorly) that the casings would be sent frozen. as a result, when they arrived at my home a long time later, i received soaked bags of casings in bags of water. i'm not sure what i'm going to do with them... but for the other products, they're fine. so i still trust the site... but not for casings!
