nowhere was it specified (or specified very poorly) that the casings would be sent frozen. as a result, when they arrived at my home a long time later, i received soaked bags of casings in bags of water. i'm not sure what i'm going to do with them... but for the other products, they're fine. so i still trust the site... but not for casings!

I am disappointed with this order as Tompress only acted as an intermediary between me and a Russian supplier.
