Socca plate received 4 weeks after order although it was in stock. The socca plate only withstands 220° whereas the socca cooks at over 300º.... So impossible to use Disappointed!

dehydrator ordered on August 8, 2020 was to be delivered within 1 week. You didn't mention that it was out of stock. In addition, it was impossible to track my order on my account. I called customer service and they told me that the product I had ordered would be delivered 10 days later.
