Hello, The only drawback I would mention is that the order was blocked because you were out of stock on the second book ordered. A phone call would have been enough to reduce the order to one volume, which I would have been happy to receive quickly.

Delivery arrived much later than indicated in the store (4 weeks). E-mails to customer service were not answered. And it was not possible to call at all. I will no longer order from this company.
