Chronopost didn't offer re-delivery to the post office in my neighborhood (Robertsau), but only to post offices or relay points, where parking is relatively difficult. Not too cool for a heavy, bulky parcel. The products and service are still top-notch. No blah-blah, clear dialogue, effective action.

The return postage and the cost of my new order are just as expensive as the material I ordered. It's almost twice as much.
