hello, I ordered an item one evening and the next morning I wanted to increase the quantity to 2 units to avoid paying shipping twice. I called and reached an AI response robot that took my request into account and was supposed to forward it to the sales department. Do not buy this model, not powerful enough to chop skin or the throat gets blocked if the pieces are not cut finely, the grids are made of iron so they rust if not cleaned and oiled immediately. VERY GOOD FOR HYGIENE. I asked to return it and buy a more powerful one for 300E more, their response was we do not take it back and the return is at your expense. Trade-in for 30% of the value.
