I was very disappointed with the non-compliant delivery of the non-refrigerated sausages "this remains a DISASTER" I inquired with the veterinary services and this type of product must be kept at 0 +4° even if they are in brine despite the call to tompress they do not understand it and are rather brief, in view of this brief response I strongly advise against tompress

For the first time in over 20 years, I am not happy with tom press: I received this order and within 5 minutes of opening the package I called to inform that an item was missing... 8 days later I have not received any news. Are we being taken for liars? Very unpleasant when we know that in less than 2 years I have ordered for over 2000 €.. the missing item costs 49.95 €.... I let you draw the conclusion and deduction...

I ordered sheep intestines and instead, I received a book. They swapped my order with another customer. I called on the same day of delivery. I was supposed to be called back and refunded, and to this day nothing at all. I am still waiting. I hope to hear news soon as well as my refund.
