Surely a good product but the instructions are very brief and the seller didn't even know how it worked. No help. I'm struggling to use it correctly.

I did not read the return policy for products and changing my mind on this site will cost me dearly for the return and the depreciation after opening the packaging.

5 months to receive an incomplete order, asking us to check the order upon delivery without a detailed delivery note. In short, we have never had an experience like this before.

Package received more than 6 weeks after the order

Order sent outside the displayed deadlines, package arrived broken with 2 missing items, and 2 damaged. No response from customer service since June 4th. Very bad experience.

Hello, After ordering a table barbecue, I received it on Friday, May 30. While unpacking it, I noticed that the grill was missing, making it unusable. I immediately called the company Tompress and the receptionist forwarded my complaint. The next day, someone took my complaint into account again, telling me that they were making a file...?? Since then, silence on the line. It is June 10 and still no news about the grill. Is this serious? When a company sells an item, the least they can do is to ensure that everything is in accordance with the order, which is not the case with Tompress. When will the entirety of my order be fulfilled? I made a mistake with the total number, my daughter did not receive her package despite my searches.

Only slicer still "in stock": a 195 mm red blade model: chic, it's what I wanted for lack of a larger blade diameter. So I order this model and receive a gray model, whose quality leaves much to be desired. Apparently an old thing forgotten in a corner of the warehouse, thickness adjustment knob very hard to maneuver, a piece of broken plastic in the packaging; I check, it's the electric protection cover that has a broken angle and is no longer attached to the screw! Tompress who has betrayed me seems to be losing momentum, no more RGV slicers at affordable prices, and on the contrary, ugly Berkel slicers including a manual model from the 30s priced at... €9,449.00 to which you can add a stand for €1,709.90!! On the bakery side, it's not better: not even a simple straight grater anymore... Now, when I need a kitchen appliance or utensil, I will take a look at Amazon or Boulanger. I did not appreciate having to wait more than 3 weeks for the delivery which was supposed to be announced in the days following the order, while the payment was debited immediately.

Manual meat mincer arrived with one part screwed in the wrong way (the thread is defective) and the crank not properly adjusted, creating a lot of play. Not yet tested, but the quality is already poor at reception.
