2 months waiting for delivery because a reference was missing. Not warned, had to phone several times to get an explanation and find a solution.

The order was not fulfilled as expected at the time of ordering and there was no anticipated delay. No email or SMS.

Ordered chopper on 10/02 with payment for delivery within 24 hours as the chopper was urgently needed. Good reception, but the chopper doesn't work... Back to the after-sales service, repair, and new reception of the repaired equipment on 25/02. It turns out to be a defect in the equipment, as a pin was missing from the rotor... No compensation for the inconvenience caused, nor any commercial offer proposed....plutôt déçu....

This is not the right knife for the chopper, I would like to make an exchange.

Order placed on 21/01/25 and shipped on 23/01/25! My parcel, theoretically expected on Friday, arrived on Monday even though I left home on Saturday. To date, I haven't been home, so I can't comment on the product, only on the service provided by tompress.

the part I bought doesn't fit on the old REBER pushers I plan to buy the complete reinforced gear support for 5 l pushers because the plate has the same dimensions

They sent a 9cm teapot filter instead of 7.5cm. They didn't check anything before sending, no stock control. Bad service. But they did refund the unnecessary payment. I do not recommend this site

The lids are too small despite the care taken with my order.

Delivery was impeccable, even Tompress called me back to pick up the parcel as it couldn't be delivered to a relay point. On the other hand, the plastic mounting brackets were partly broken during assembly. Not strong enough

my meat grinder was making a lot of noise. I call Tompress and they tell me it's normal. Despite their advice, I removed the stainless steel guard and noticed that the fan guard was incorrectly positioned. I sent photos and the after-sales service decided to send me back only the fan guard. The propellers have also been damaged, but they refuse to change the chopper because it has no impact on them. This is an obvious case of hidden screws, and they're refusing their legal warranty. The propellers are damaged and the motor could have been forced. Amazon would have sent me a new chopper directly, but tompress doesn't trust its customers and considers that it's damaged but functional. The seriousness of a site lies not in its sales but in its after-sales service, which here shirks its responsibilities.

I received my parcel almost 3 weeks after my order. As my order was scheduled for Christmas, it arrived much too late...

It took Tompress three and a half months to deliver an order. No apologies from Tompress for this delay. Disappointing...

After reserving my order on the internet and validating it by telephone with tompress, I went to the site to pick up my order. ACCEUIL DETESTABLE, I thought for a moment of leaving again (60 km). Luckily, a warehouseman finally intervened to make up for the sale. This isn't my first purchase, and I was very surprised by the evolution of the company.
