Received written confirmation of a canceled order with the promise that the refund would follow shortly. Two days later I receive an email that they shipped the order anyway and refused to refund.

Delivery on time, product as described, but the packaging makes 1 of the 19 labels per pack unusable (paper stuck to the packaging). Given the price of the product, it would be logical to use 21 labels per pack, knowing that the first is unusable.
