Delivery, books ok. Adapter for bubbler too large: sent back by recorded delivery and the delivery problem came from the post office but still arrived after a complaint on the post office website. Ordered tourie with light beige basket, p 77, received one with black basket whereas on photo it is light beige without specifying random color as on page 68. Just a big problem with the basket color.

By default, we do not store any payment information. In the case of credit card payments, we don't even hold them on our premises, and they only pass through the payment platform. For bank transfers, only the bank has our customers' bank details. Sorry for not confirming this, it's our default policy.

Yes, on the whole (except for one vertical firebox which warped when first used), I've come to an arrangement with customer service. Apparently, in view of the new catalog, no changes have been made: a pity, as the others will suffer the same deformations for lack of an expansion joint at the rear.
