RAS Always reliable

My order did not suit me, I returned it (1297) and I'm still waiting for a refund.

Not suitable for vinegar maker as thread length is not long enough. Too bad because it is a quality product.

Waited far too long to receive my order, really disappointed!

my meat grinder was making a lot of noise. I call Tompress and they tell me it's normal. Despite their advice, I removed the stainless steel guard and noticed that the fan guard was incorrectly positioned. I sent photos and the after-sales service decided to send me back only the fan guard. The propellers have also been damaged, but they refuse to change the chopper because it has no impact on them. This is an obvious case of hidden screws, and they're refusing their legal warranty. The propellers are damaged and the motor could have been forced. Amazon would have sent me a new chopper directly, but tompress doesn't trust its customers and considers that it's damaged but functional. The seriousness of a site lies not in its sales but in its after-sales service, which here shirks its responsibilities.

It took Tompress three and a half months to deliver an order. No apologies from Tompress for this delay. Disappointing...

Not the right dimensions the ladle is 8.5mm for 8 on your description it won't fit in my tomato sauce jar (Le Parfait canning jar)

Everything's good, except the 32/34 casings. They're bigger than usual and tear.

Order well received. The article did not correspond at all to the presentation photo of the desired article. As it was an equivalent model with the same performance, I kept it. The item was a glass juice bulb.

Delivery problem with Chronopost. Delivery scheduled for December 27 and no news until January 4 despite messages to Chronopost. Parcel only picked up on January 6 even though I paid for urgent delivery.
