The idea of a plastic pot is an excellent one, as it weighs much less than a stoneware pot and is easier to handle. But this pot has major shortcomings: - Poor-quality plastic with encrusted manufacturing waste (made in Slovenia) - Insufficient finish. Needed to be deburred before use - Lid pops off during fermentation, splattering the surrounding area.

Hello, as you've rightly pointed out, the advantage of plastic pots is their weight. They are much lighter and this is much appreciated, especially when the pot is full of brine and vegetables. Rest assured, the plastic is guaranteed for food contact, and is pure polyethylene. For more traditional models, stoneware or ceramics offer a better finish.

Delivery times (almost 5 weeks for an unfortunate sieve) + error, I had ordered a 60 sieve and you delivered an 80 sieve. In addition, exchanges by but (given the obvious delay in delivery) were not very kind.

Fragile, the screw shaft twisted after the 1st use. (Grapes, crushed, pierced and crushed) No small tube for juice drainage, no space to place a container, and all the juice spills out all around. Very good and efficient peeler. Customer service very good, very pleasant person on the phone, very available to solve delivery problems. Disastrous delivery because of the Geodis transport company (3 reminders to get our delivery, they never contacted us and didn't show up for the first 2 appointments, the parcel was depalletised, the box was damaged and there was a slight knock on the metal sheet).

I'm disappointed by the lack of information on how to use and maintain the tompress automatic vacuum filler. The enclosed document does not correspond to the equipment delivered. Instead, it's an instruction manual for a Reber vacuum filler! The first vacuum tests were mixed, with the absence of instructions for use corresponding to the equipment.
