Good quality product that perfectly meets my expectations. ( Functional and compact ) On the other hand, the price seems very high compared to the product in terms of materials and finish.
I was very disappointed with the assembly. A nut is missing on the lever pivot pin, and the addition of washers behind the nuts would have been a plus, to prevent the paintwork from coming loose.

The product is of very high quality, and the packaging is ultra-secure. The only drawback is that clips are needed to close the jars (which seems obvious once you've received them), and it's a shame that the ordering site isn't better optimized, offering the option of buying additional products when you complete your basket.

I received a damaged and sharp flour scoop, tompress sent me another after I sent them photos. The second shovel I received was also damaged. I've given up and haven't phoned to tell them, what's the point if it's to receive the same one again. It's a pity, because I'm satisfied with the other products I bought on the site.

IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO FIND AN ORDER SO POORLY PACKAGED PUT IN A HUGE BOX A PUSHER THAT WEIGHS HEAVY AND A PLASTIC TRAY WITHOUT CALLAGE INSIDE IF IT IS ONLY A SMALL PIECE OF KRAFT PAPER NOT TO MENTION ALL THE OTHER SMALL FRAGILE ITEMS OF THE ORDER MY CAKE MOLD WAS WELL ON DENT WE CAN NOT BLAME THE CARRIER!!!!!un peu decue

Perfect delivery.
Desus of the goods. With breaks and chips. After-sales service response leaves much to be desired.
Poor customer service, 3 weeks waiting for 1 product. I have to change product, not even able to offer me the 10euro difference on a 460euro invoice. Impossible to make you a commercial offer up to 10euro".

The product is of good quality and seems durable. On the other hand, I don't know why but the package was repackaged by the post office... and one of the two watering cans ordered needs a little welding to fill a mini-hole which will cause a slight loss.

I made an order and apparently there was not everything and.not even warned So I called because I had not received and the tell me that it an article will be available from May and asks me if I still want it so I say yes and then I have to pay postage and so I receive my order and surprise the next day I receive another article so a little disgusted to have to pay again.

I'm missing the merguez spice and the 5 euro gift voucher. Which undoubtedly disappeared during delivery, as the cardboard box was ripped open and re-taped with adhesive tape from La Poste.

The product originally ordered was not what was delivered. The reference was not in stock, the restocking period was 2 weeks, but after this period no news. I think it's a shame that after 1 month, I had to ask about the new delivery time and repeat this operation 3 times, only to be offered a product after 3 months.

i placed an order in january, some items were not in stock and i was made to wait 3 weeks, then another 6 and another 6. finally i cancelled part of my order after 10 weeks. the items ordered were not exceptional (plastic bins, legumier,...) customer service not very commercial, not very creative, refusal of partial delivery, no commercial gesture.
