I didn't receive my order because of an address error on my part BUT the soap hasn't contacted me for a week. Why don't you send me another pan and wait for the one I was entitled to to return to your establishments ????

Hello, I'm disappointed by the product delivered, the stainless steel bowl has a dent. It's still functional, of course, but aesthetically it's not great, given that the cut is original, as the packaging is intact. Why did you deliver this appliance in this condition? I'm pleased with the way TomPress works. Just one comment: it should be easier to access delivery points in France when you have an address in Belgium, and shipping costs to neighboring countries should be better managed and greatly reduced (if others have found cheaper solutions, you should be able to find them too).
