The delivery man gave us an appointment in a parking lot close to the address. Is it normal to have to go to a public place to be delivered? I have my doubts. Chronopost didn't offer re-delivery to the post office in my neighborhood (Robertsau), but only to post offices or relay points, where parking is relatively difficult. Not too cool for a heavy, bulky parcel. The products and service are still top-notch. No blah-blah, clear dialogue, effective action.
