As far as Tom Press is concerned, everything was impeccable: the product ordered is great, the shipment was made very quickly, and the customer service was available, responsive and friendly. On the other hand, I was delivered by Geodis, whose service was deplorable: a week's delay, unpleasant customer service... I recommend another delivery method

The delivery service provider needs to be reviewed: no email or sms notification. The deliveryman arrived in the middle of the day without giving any notice whatsoever, especially for a 200L barrel. Fortunately there was someone at home at the time. Unfortunately, it was for a gift. So the surprise was ruined.
