hello, I ordered an item one evening and the next morning I wanted to increase the quantity to 2 units to avoid paying shipping twice. I called and reached an AI response robot that took my request into account and was supposed to forward it to the sales department. Since then, no contact, however, I did receive the order for one item, unfortunately if I want a second one as requested I have to pay shipping again. Thank you for your response
