2 stars on Delivery and customer service because the tracking of parcels does not work, the link is not good, and when we report it, we have the right link but nothing gets better when you reorder!!!!

For the moment I can only assess the delivery, which was totally unsatisfactory as it was delivered 700 km from my home, and the customer service, which wasn't much better as Colissimo and Tompress were both blaming each other. What's more, a copy of the complaint e-mail should have been sent to me, but I haven't received anything.
