Barrel arrived in very good condition (almost new) but with the charm of having already been used (a few traces of wear and wine which magnify it). Beautiful item, perfect for adding to our wine cellar. Super fast delivery. Very satisfied with my purchase. It was a gift for my husband, for our first wedding anniversary: he's delighted.

1 bottle out of the 6 delivered was broken and I have a credit note which I probably won't use instead of a replacement of the bottle I needed and my complaint has not been taken into account. In fact, you have reimbursed me but I hadn't looked since you sent me a credit note by e-mail N° AX111773 dated 21/02.
