Nothing to say about the quality of the product, nor about the quick delivery times, correct prices. The only downside is that the edge of the package, which is secured with tape, was damaged and the red handle of the paella dish was scratched. The handles could have been protected by a light cardboard before being slipped into the shipping packaging, I did not want to refuse the package. Thank you.

I have received my knives for the chopper finally, big issue with Colissimo, delivery scheduled for Friday, Saturday late afternoon nothing, I check the package tracking and they tell me delivery Wednesday, the problem is that I had fresh meat Thursday so 7 days have passed, well the meat goes to the trash, thanks to the post.

Delivery as requested with the ordered items. But as La Poste encountered a problem... "Your package No. ********* entrusted to Tom Press unfortunately suffered a routing error and we are doing everything possible to get it back on track.". The package therefore arrived late and in poor condition, very likely dislocated in the sorting center. The vacuum bag packaging was torn and the bags hastily collected to be piled into the reinforced package with a lot of tape.
