It's a good product. It's a pity that the brochure doesn't give any advice on how to use it, which is limited to safety instructions disclaiming the manufacturer's responsibility. Should I put a little water in the tank? NO. The most effective solution is to wet the potatoes beforehand. For small potatoes, 2' of peeling is ideal. Richard Dupuy

The grates I received were great, they fit perfectly on my BOSCH chopper, I've finally found the grates I needed. You can tell the sales person I spoke to on the phone that this model of grate fits perfectly on the BOSCH chopper.
