Your materials are of very good quality; however, I would like to point out one unacceptable problem: the Colissimo delivery. No less than 6 mails to announce that the parcel is ready, that it will leave, that I should receive it soon, that it will be delivered on Saturday, to pay attention to the code to ensure delivery, that on Saturday we wait all day to receive a final message after 5 pm.
