I would have liked to have been informed earlier of the very long delivery time. When the extractor arrived, my apples were no longer usable... But that doesn't change the quality of the item or the speed with which the parcel was delivered.

Order placed December 21st for 48H delivery. No information of delay, reminder by email in January, then in February, product received early February. Disappointed by lack of communication. We can understand the supply problems, much less the complete silence and lack of follow-up in customer relations. Best regards,

The website isn't very user-friendly. You advertise a general catalog, but only present specific catalogs. Searching for a product outside specific catalogs is not very easy (but you can do it anyway). Bravo for the magazines

The only thing I have against Tompress is the fact that they don't make separate deliveries when the lead time for an item is abnormally long. They don't warn us either. So we wait and after a few weeks we have to write or call them to find out what's going on.

If the equipment is perfect and the quality of the customer service impeccable, I wouldn't say the same about the transport (GEODIS) which delivers equipment, which they didn't take care of despite the warnings on the crate, broken as far as this order is concerned. Customer service reacted immediately with professionalism and friendliness by sending back new equipment, which arrived in good condition.
