Dish slightly sunken on one edge and glaze missing there. It was difficult to open the package on delivery because of the heavy rain and the extremely hurried deliveryman. First try, duck breast and filet mignon. Wet weather on lighting, couldn't resist a nap of more than an hour. Then ok but how do you control the temperature and, is it normal that it's not completely sealed on the top.

Hello, you can indeed dry the sawdust to avoid this inconvenience. You can use a dial or probe thermometer to measure the temperature in the smoker. The items were delivered quickly. One of the 2 items was very fragile (mustimeter) and was broken in its original case (that's why I only gave it three stars). After sending photos, a replacement was sent back shortly afterwards. I can't wait to use it with other fruits, especially chestnuts.
