machine meets my expectations and is efficient. tests over the past week on 100% ibérico bellota cured ham were perfect! same for cured sausage, bread, eggplant etc. for carpaccio, it's better to chill the meat in the freezer, without freezing it of course. otherwise, cleaning is a little more complex than indicated, so use a flathead screwdriver and a 13 mm wrench.

I ordered plates to socca April 5 I had to phone at least three times in the month they tell me there is a break that I should receive during the month of May no response there is no mail nothing I call in May I fall on a charming lady who told me yes there is a break of plate to socca 32 cm but I helps plate to socca 30 I said perfect why they have not d'me.

2 items ordered but only 1 delivered in a sealed envelope. The invoice is for the 2 items debited from my account on 17/05/2023! I sent a complaint e-mail the same day which went unanswered, perhaps because of the long weekend. I'm still waiting a little longer but I won't give up. I'm a bit disappointed
