i placed an order in january, some items were not in stock and i was made to wait 3 weeks, then another 6 and another 6. finally i cancelled part of my order after 10 weeks. the items ordered were not exceptional (plastic bins, legumier,...) customer service not very commercial, not very creative, refusal of partial delivery, no commercial gesture.

i've had a similar Zyliss appliance for 40 years and it's worked perfectly for all that time. unfortunately, everything wears out. knowing your equipment, i didn't think twice and bought from you. this appliance doesn't cut into small pieces and what's more, it comes apart while cutting. what do i have to do to return it and get my money back?

Hello, it's a shame to overcharge for certain products like hoses, which are 2x more expensive, forcing me to change sites. You should be charging the right prices for consumables and for good customers.

Disappointed ... of course it's a second hand oak and you can't have a perfect product . However, there are many imperfections and a very red color all over the middle of the barrel. So a major stripping is in order. I didn't expect so much work to be done on the product, it was delivered quickly and dropped off inside my home. I really appreciated it.
