I had to contact the company several times to obtain information about the delay problems (5 months). We ordered a lever-operated puree grinder and were very disappointed because the holes are too large, which means that we get a lumpy puree. We wanted to replace it with a classic vegetable grinder but you refused to take it back, so we bought elsewhere. If the diameter of the holes had been indicated, we wouldn't have bought! You are therefore responsible.

Socca plate received 4 weeks after order although it was in stock. The socca plate only withstands 220° whereas the socca cooks at over 300º.... So impossible to use Disappointed!

The products or the speed of delivery: ok. On the other hand, the website is unbearable. My first thought was that it wasn't adapted to tablet format, so I went to a PC and had the same problem. The keyword search doesn't work, you have to go through Google to do the search and then return to the site... no suggestion for a similar product... worse than sncf.
