I like Tom Press, but it's annoying that the carrier doesn't keep up: you block off a day for delivery, and you have to call when you're worried about the time passing, only to be told that delivery is delayed by a day and that you need to make an appointment. At the cost of my day's work, that increases the price of the product by that much. Well, come on, that's only happened 1 time out of 3.

I wanted to melt milk chocolate at 45 degrees but 1 hour later the chocolate had hardly melted at all. Is the thermostat really set to 45°C? Check before trying again. Apart from this inconvenience, for which Tompress can't be held responsible, this is a serious company.
