I wanted to melt milk chocolate at 45 degrees but 1 hour later the chocolate had hardly melted at all. Is the thermostat really set to 45°C? Check before trying again. Apart from this inconvenience, for which Tompress can't be held responsible, this is a serious company.

6 weeks waiting for delivery, several calls to customer service who are unable to give a delivery date. No commercial gesture made. We will not recommend them, and we do not recommend them.

Two lids out of 6 arrived broken. What's more, the cardboard box was huge, for 6 verrines of 290mL.... it's about time they made a little effort in terms of ecology.

Hello, Some bottles broke in the packaging... In the end I have 16 bottles and 20 capsules. It seems to me that the package contained only 18 bottles, because among the broken glass, I counted only 2 bottlenecks. To recover a little of my satisfaction, I expect from your service the return of 4 bottles. Otherwise the product seems to me of good quality Cordially Charly

I am disappointed not by the product but by the delivery time of my order, the parcel arrived one month after the order, it was never mentioned at the time of the order that the product was not in stock, as I needed it quickly I paid 8 euros so that it arrives in chrono... no commercial gesture following my complaint too bad I will not repeat order

Order placed in autumn, delivery scheduled for early January, then postponed until February (I was getting impatient, and that's when I was told that the deadline had been postponed again). All I got for my patience was a 1.50 euro gift voucher, which I really didn't think was very much...
However, this is the first time I've been disappointed... and I do hope it's the last!
