I placed my order on December 12, 2020. I received my delivery at the beginning of February after several reminders. There was one product left and I don't understand why you are blocking the rest. I had planned these items for Christmas gifts.

Very good chopper. The only drawback is the steel grids, which rust immediately if they're not dried immediately and coated with oil. Even if the price is prohibitive, I think it's better to invest in the stainless steel grates and knife.

Please check that the entire order is available, otherwise delivery will be delayed without notification. Expected delivery time after complaint: three weeks or shipment without the missing product and therefore invoicing of shipping costs. As far as I'm concerned, the missing product was only a small part of the total amount, so I would have appreciated a commercial gesture on the shipping costs!

Customer for 3 years. Acceptable delivery times (often ~1 month before health crisis). The last three delays have been longer and longer. Last order placed 11/11/20, received 7/8 items in 28/01/21. Still waiting for last item (28/03/21) apparently sent 15/02/2021. Prompt replies from after-sales service, but no results.
