Order placed on 31/07 and delivered mid-October, that's a long time despite repeated calls to customer service who told me to be patient and that I would receive the parcel within 10 days.... It's a shame to offer products for sale that you don't have in stock... And no compensation was offered...

1.malgés all the assembly respects: the pips concentrate on the screw-thread after a few turns and DO NOT come out and everything jams. 2. The crank is screwed onto a screw-thread, which is ridiculous, because as soon as it's worked, it jams and can only be unscrewed after all sorts of contortions...

Slow and misleading website (Weck boiw022 jars delivered without rubber seals). No reply to my messages. Delivery tracking impossible via website. Etc.
